Student Drop-Off and Pick-Up

Parents, if you plan to drive your child to school, please know the following:

  • High School - Do not pull into the middle of the main lot (in front of the high school); instead, use the tree-lined curb that runs parallel to Kittanning Pike when dropping your child off at the high school in the morning.  Students must wait until the car in which they are riding has stopped at the crosswalk before exiting the vehicle (students should never walk between buses). Students should be dropped off between 7:05 and 7:20. If you plan to pick your child up after school, please wait until the buses have left the parking lot before entering.  Buses pull out of the parking lot at approximately 2:40 p.m.
  • Sugarcreek and Chicora - If you plan to drop your child off at Sugarcreek or Chicora, please pull into an open parking space, wait until bus traffic has stopped, and walk your child to the front entrance no earlier than 8:25 a.m.  If you plan to pick your child up after school, please plan to do so at 3:30 p.m.
