Cross Country Summer Running Schedule

Cross Country summer running schedule will start on Monday, July 6th for all runners who are considering being a part of the team this fall.  We will have two practices a week that will last approximately 1 - 1 ¼  hours.  Mondays will be on the trail at East Brady beginning at 9am.  There is parking near the EB football field.  The second practice will be held on Thursday evenings at the High School football field beginning at 6:30pm.  These are not mandatory, but we highly encourage runners to attend as many of the running sessions are possible to get into running condition before the regular fall practice schedule begins around mid-August.  We realize some families may have vacation plans, and we don’t want you to feel you have to miss this important time with your family, but again we do encourage you to attend as many of these summer sessions as possible.  We look forward to seeing you this summer.
